Nowadays it has on the ground floor an entrance hall, living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. It has 3 floors with 14 rooms and 3 bathrooms in total. This house was renovated in 1965 and was joined to the house at the back, thus forming the current building, which was used to house the workers who came to work in Alaior for the construction of the running water pipes. The house is in need of renovation.
